Birdies for Babies
This season marks a remarkable milestone as Duke Men’s and Women’s Golf celebrate the 10th anniversary of Birdies for Babies, a decade-long partnership supporting patients and families in Duke Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Since 2018, the program has raised more than $150,000 to provide critical care, comfort, and hope to children and families facing some of life’s most challenging moments.
Fans and supporters can join the celebration by making a pledge for every birdie recorded by the Blue Devils throughout the season. To make the impact even greater, eagles will count as two birdies, albatrosses as three birdies, and holes-in-one as four birdies. Every stroke under par helps fuel extraordinary care at Duke Children’s, turning success on the course into meaningful support for the patients and families who need it most.
