Intensive Care Nursery (NICU)

Our NICU serves the needs of premature babies and newborns requiring intensive medical care. In such a sterile and emotionally demanding environment, toys play a vital role in promoting development, comfort, and healing. Soft and soothing toys provide a sense of security and aid in soothing these tiny patients, while interactive toys help stimulate their senses and support cognitive growth. Additionally, toys can be valuable tools for medical staff to observe and assess the infants' responses to various stimuli. A toy donation creates a positive impact on these babies and their families healing journey. See the Wishlist

Learning and Spoken Language

"The reason we are building these lists is because we have a number of families with very limited resources. We have had get really creative in order to work with what families have when their financial situation requires that they focus on food and shelter. These kits would provide more flexibility for therapy tasks, opportunities for practice at home, and help build and strengthen parent-child relationships as they engage in teaching their children with hearing loss to learn to listen and talk.
